Went here last night! Excellent environment, staff was great! It was busy but we were taken care of. Had the Calamari, Chicken Parm, Clams and Antipasta Salad. Portions were big and the price was right on. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Love the staff and the vibe. This is a neighborhood spot that churns out delicious SoItaly style food. My 2nd time here... this time I ordered the Meat Lasagna and the teen.ordered lobster ravioli. Both SOLID. Great sauces and flavor!!

Been going here for years. It's very reliable Italian food. Nothing mind blowing but you will never be disappointed. One of my favorite lunch spots to have a chicken parm sandwich.

Had a Christmas party here last night. I have to say, this was the best Italian food I've ever had in San Diego. We ate the lasagna, cheese ravioli and their bread was to die for! Absolutely will be returning here!

We were in the area and we decided to try out this Italian restaurant. We arrived around 4ish and they told us to choose wherever we wanted to sit which was nice. We ordered the following. *Fried Zucchini with 2 dipping sauces *Shrimp Caesar Salad *Minestrone Soup *Garlic and Cheese Bread * Linguini with Clam Sauce (We chose White Clam sauce) * Medium Pizza with two toppings The fried zucchini was good. What was odd is that there was unmelted cheese on top of it like a decoration. (see photo) It really didn't need that as there were dipping sauces. I enjoyed the Ceasar salad with shrimp. Perfectly made with a nice amount of shrimp. The soup was okay. It lacked some flavor. Garlic and cheese bread was yummy. Can't go wrong with that choice. The linguini and clam pasta was okay. I was expecting fresh clams and a nice buttery sauce. I must say there was an abundance of clams which was nice, but probably from a can. It needed some flavor so when I added the Parmesan cheese and pepper flakes it was much more better and flavorful. The pizza we chose with two sides was mushroom and artichoke. ( they were out of spinach) The pizza dough was fluffy more like a bread texture. Our server was nice and friendly, it just took a while to get things and we didn't get refills on water. We ordered plenty of food so we brought it home for family .

We've been here for a few times over the past couple years (mostly for takeout), and it's been consistently good. The decor inside is very nice and the servers are quick and friendly (although last time they seemed really busy and it took awhile to flag someone down to refill our waters). When we came for an early dinner at 5:30 pm on a Sunday the restaurant was surprisingly packed, it seemed like a lot of locals. It was also hard to find parking and we ended up going to the additional parking section down an alley (the area and walk to the restaurant was dark, which made it a little creepy). Food quality-wise it's more like 3.5 stars..the taste of everything I've tried is on the blander side and the pasta tends to be a bit overcooked for me. However the portions are always huge and the prices are very reasonable. I usually get the angel hair pasta with shrimp; the pastas also come with a pretty big portion of either soup or salad. We also tried the seafood fettucine which was good, it came with a lot of sauce but was lacking in seafood flavor. Overall though I recommend this restaurant.
